The Boatshed is a comfortable cottage built and owned by the Kapp Family. Building began in 2010 and since then this cottage has become a landmark for all sailors passing.

Originally intended to serve as a base for under privileged children from Metsimaholo to learn how to row, the boatshed now focuses on an all round watersport experience.

With deep water close to the shore it makes an ideal stop over for sailors.
